These earstuds are lovely and light for daily wear but have a good solidity to them and the texured finish catches the light well adding a touch of sparkle.

The design for these chunky textured ear studs came from the way ivy roots cling and grow on trees. The original design has been made by fusing and casting using the Delft Clay Casting technique. 

Each pair has then been hand cut from the casting to produce small, medium and large ear studs.

There are two finishes available, bright (the silver is left in its natural state and the texture has been enhanced by a brass brush) and oxidised (which produces the dark finish) with burnished highlights.

As the ear studs are individually selected from the castings the following sizes are approximate:

Small - 5mm square

Med - 7mm square

Large - 10mm x 8 - 10mm (sometimes oblong, sometimes square)

Weight: depends on size but max. 4-5g per pair
