About the artist

Victoria Phillips - The artist

Hi, my name is Victoria Phillips and I design and make jewellery in my workshop on Ranmore Common, where I have lived since 1995.

I have a carefully curated collection of ready-made jewellery for sale which reflects my own personal passions and is often the starting point for a commissioned piece. Living and working in such a beautiful landscape as the Surrey Hills, I never fail to be inspired by the environment around me.

I work closely with my clients to create bespoke pieces to suit whatever occasion is needed. This is a fun and rewarding experience as we meet together in the first instance for me to hear their story and understand their needs. Then I produce a design for approval, either by email or by meeting once more. If there are gemstones to be chosen, I can arrange for a selection to be sent so that we can make the best choice to suit the design. The result is a unique piece that will hold memories and stand the test of time.

Visitors are always welcome to visit my workshop in the Surrey Hills, by appointment or during Open Studio events. Combining a visit with a local walk can enrich a day out in the countryside. I draw inspiration for my jewellery from the natural world and work to produce unique, beautiful pieces that will become much loved and frequently worn. I have a carefully curated collection of ready-made jewellery for sale and particularly welcome commissions.
