Online purchases are free within mainland UK. Please contact us directly if interested in international delivery. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, but should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay. We endeavour to deliver within 3-10 working days within the UK. Please contact us directly to find out current stock availability if your order is more urgent than the turnaround times stated.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that your goods are delayed, lost in transit or arrive damaged, please contact us.

Gift vouchers are not currently available through our website. When they are, our gift vouchers will be generated digitally and will be emailed to you. If you’d prefer a physical gift voucher delivery will cost £3.00 per order. Your gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class post.
In the meantime if you are interested in purchasing a gift voucher please contact us and we can create one manually.
Your order will be dispatched in unbranded external packaging. The jewellery will be in a branded Silver Anvil Jewellery box along with a complement card and care instructions if the item requires them. Please contact us if the item is a gift and you would like a personal message to be included.
All gift vouchers will be sent in a thick card envelope.
We hope you are completely happy with your jewellery but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition and with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
